The purpose of these Terms of Service is to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the website and related services provided by 'Millyang.com' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company' or 'Site'), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the 'Company' and its Members.
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
Member: A person who has concluded a service utilization contract with the Site and has been issued a User ID.
ID (Identification): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and approved by the Company for the purpose of identifying the Member and utilizing the services.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the Member to protect their privacy.
Management: A person approved by the Company who has the authority to operate and manage the services.
Post/Content: Any information or materials, including text, documents, pictures, images, and program codes, posted by a Member on the Site while using the services.
The contents of these Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the service screen or notified to Members by other means.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws and regulations, and the amended Terms shall become effective by being notified in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.
If a Member continues to use the services after the effective date of the amended Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
In principle, the services shall be provided 24 hours a day, year-round, except when practically or technically impossible due to the Company's business operational requirements. However, dates and times designated by the Company for regular system maintenance, etc., shall be exceptions.
The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for providing services in the event that it cannot provide services due to force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, changes in device environments, equipment failures, or surges in traffic.
The Company shall not be held liable for any disruption in service usage caused by reasons attributable to the Member, nor shall it be liable for any damages resulting from profits/losses expected by the Member through the service or materials obtained through the service.
The Company shall not be held liable for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information, materials, and facts posted by Members on the service.
The Company may collect, store, and utilize part of the information generated in the process of Members using the services for the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) services and systems.
Members must enter their accurate information (ID, password, email, etc.) when signing up for membership, and must not steal others' names or IDs, or enter false information.
Members must not engage in any of the following acts when using the services. In the event of a violation, the Management may delete the posts or restrict the use of the service for a certain period or permanently without prior notice: A. Unlawfully using another Member's ID and password. B. Attempting to disrupt service operations, hack the system, or conduct malicious vulnerability attacks. C. Damaging the reputation of others, defaming, slandering, or uploading posts containing excessive profanity. D. Posting obscene or hateful content, or spamming/flooding advertisements that violate public order and good customs. E. Infringing upon the copyrights or other rights of the Company or a third party, or disguising another person's writing as their own. F. Conducting profit-making business activities using the services without the prior consent of the Company.
[Supplementary Provisions]
Article 1 (Effective Date) These Terms of Service shall come into effect immediately from the moment they are posted or uploaded on the service screen.
Article 2 (Governing Language) These Terms of Service are executed in the Korean language. In the event of any discrepancy, contradiction, or difference in interpretation between the Korean version and any translated version in another language, the original Korean version shall prevail and govern.
